Dr. Theodore Antonetz is a dedicated and patient-focused physician specializing in Podiatry care. He is Board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and is Board-certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry.

Prior to joining Middletown Medical, Dr. Antonetz served patients with Park Avenue Podiatry in New York, N.Y. and also at his privately owned practice, Theodore Antonetz, DPM, PC, in New York, N.Y. He holds hospital affiliations with Beth Israel Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, N.Y.

Dr. Antonetz earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City, N.Y. and his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from SUNY New Paltz in New Paltz, N.Y. He completed his postgraduate training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine Surgical Residency Program at the Peninsula Hospital Center in Far Rockaway, N.Y.

In addition, Dr. Antonetz has been recognized for a number of honors throughout his career: a Diplomate with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, a Fellow with the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine, and a Diplomate (Podiatric Surgery) with the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry.

Dr. Antonetz is a member of the New State Podiatric Medical Association, the American Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine, the National Board of Podiatric Examiners, and the Pi Delta National Podiatry Honor Society.
