Mary Ellen Connors is a National Certification Corporation (NCC) certified Women’s Health Nurse practitioner providing patient-centered medical care at Middletown Medical. The NCC is a not-for-profit organization that provides a national certification program for nurses, physicians, and other licensed health care professionals.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Connors served patients at Nathan Littauer Hospital (Perth Primary Care Center) located in Amsterdam, N.Y.; Women’s Health of Amsterdam located in Amsterdam, N.Y.; Women’s Wellness Center of Albany Medical Center located in Albany, N.Y.; WHNP St. Clare’s Hospital Family Health Center located in Dover, N.J.; and St. Mary's Hospital and Healthcare Network located in Amsterdam, N.Y.

Ms. Connors earned her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certificate from Drexel University located in Philadelphia, Penn. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Skidmore College located in Saratoga, N.Y. and her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Maria College located in Albany, N.Y. Her clinical internship in Women’s Health was completed at Women’s Health of Amsterdam located in Amsterdam, N.Y.

She also attended Russell Sage College located in Troy, N.Y. for advanced coursework in statistics, professional strategies, healthcare systems and policy, advanced physical assessments, and community health.
