Worry Free Pricing for Urgent Care
Level 1: $150
Office visit with a provider that includes lab tests for minor illness or injuries. One medical complaint that requires minor treatment.
Level 2: $180
Office visit with a provider that includes the services in Level 1 plus a diagnostic test or lab service.
Level 3: $250
Office visit with a provider that includes the services in Level 2 plus a minor procedure.

WHEN YOU SHOULD GO TO URGENT CARE:
Urgent Care can assist when you need treatment right away for a minor illness or injury.
This includes:
• Burning with urination
• Mild asthma
• Nausea or diarrhea
• Ear or Sinus Pain
• Allergic reactions
• Rash, minor burns
• Back Pain
• Cough or sore throat
• Eye pain or irritation
• Minor gever or cold
• Minor headache
• Bumps, cuts, and scrapes

WHEN YOU SHOULD GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM:
The Emergency Room can assist when you need immediate treatment for a serious illness or injury.
This includes:
• Sudden or unexplained loss of consciousness
• Chest Pain
• Numbness in the face, arm, or leg
• Difficulty Speaking
• Severe shortness of breath
• High fever with stiff neck, mental confusion, or difficulty breathing
• Coughing up or vomiting bleed
• Cuts or wounds that won’t stop bleeding
