Serving the community since 1971, Sullivan Internal Medicine Group is comprised of board certified physicians trained to diagnose and treat adult illnesses. Specializing in Internal and Pulmonary Medicine, Gastroenterology, Liver Disease, Asthma and Hypertension, the practice also offers women’s health services.

Sullivan Internal Medicine Group’s primary staff includes:
- Dr. Gary C. Garfield (Critical Care, Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine) – Double Board Certified, and more than 35 years experience.
- Sheldon D. Leidner, M.D. (Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine) – Double Board Certified and practicing in Sullivan County since 1977.
- Jonathan Weiss, M.D. (Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine) – Double Board Certified with close to 20 years experience, and with the practice since 1995.
- Cynthia Gilmour, F.N.P. (Primary Care) – Close to 20 years experience, and specializing in Internal Medicine and Women’s Health.
Additional services on a rotating basis among other Middletown Medical physicians will now include Cardiology (Dr. Bonnie Seecharran) and Orthopedics (Dr. Charles Peralo).
