MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. (July 1, 2014) — Middletown Medical, the Hudson Valley’s premier provider of healthcare services, is pleased to announce that Catskill Adult & Pediatric Medicine of Monticello has joined Middletown Medical.
Headed by Dr. Jeffrey Weinstein (pictured at right), a Board Certified physician in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, this practice is well-known throughout Sullivan County, and has been providing thoughtful and quality healthcare to all stages of life (infancy, childhood, adolescence and adulthood) since 2008.

Dr. Weinstein is a Long Island native and a graduate of SUNY Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn. He earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Union College in Schnectady. After four years of a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (“Med/Peds”) with Staten Island University Hospital, Dr. Weinstein relocated to Sullivan County in 2004 to become a Hospitalist with Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris.
With Catskill Adult & Pediatric Medicine, Dr. Weinstein has a strong passion and commitment to preventative and routine healthcare, and believes that the best treatment of a disease is preventing it in the first place. His services include acute care, chronic disease management, well visits, and immunizations, among others.
Additionally, Dr. Weinstein is a Town of Thompson Health Officer, Police Surgeon for the New York State Troopers, Medical Director for the Rock Hill Volunteer Ambulance Corp, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Sullivan County Child Care Council.
This is Middletown Medical’s 10th location, fitth in Sullivan County, and second in Monticello (joining Sullivan Internal Medicine Group).
