MVP on site to help with questions about medicare options

Dear Patients,

As you may already know, we will terminate our Medicare Advantage agreement with United Healthcare effective January 1, 2024 (read full letter from Dr Gulati).

There are many other Medicare Advantage plans with which we participate., including MVP.

We have MVP on site to help with questions about medicare options.  MVP will be at our  Middletown location (111 Maltese Dr, Middletown, NY) and our Monticello location (32 Thompson Square Suite 5, Monticello, NY).  The schedule for MVP’s onsite visits is below.
