Amy is a board-certified Family Nurse Pracitioner ( FNP) and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She started her career in the medical field over 20 years ago and has grown to be a well-rounded provider. She enjoys helping people and is well known to be compassionate and caring . She has enjoyed learning, growing and providing her skills that were obtained over the years to help people return to wellness.

Amy has 20 Years of healthcare field in various of settings. She started her career in the medical field over 20 years ago as an LPN. Soon after she received her RN and worked in many nursing fields such as the Labor and Delivery , Rehabilitation, Cardiac floor and medical-surgical units in large NYC hospital. Amy then received her Master's in FNP and began working in the Urgent care setting. Soon after she found out she loved working in acute medicine and was a Hospitalist in a Large regional Hospital for 8 years. Amy again then decided to return to school for her psychiatric certification which she received with Honors and began helping people in the outpatient setting with a various of mental health issues.

As being a bed side nurse for many years, Amy has developed a holistic way of treating medical and psychiatric ailments alongside traditional medicine and therapy.
She specializes in treating the person as a "whole". She is well studied in medication management in many fields and now her main focus is working in mental health.
