Jacqueline Cardona, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Dominican College of Blauvelt and brings a diverse clinical background in general surgery, trauma, wound care, primary care, medical aesthetics, and weight loss management.

Jacqueline is joining Middletown Medical’s Endocrinology Department, where she is passionate about helping patients achieve lasting, healthy weight loss through individualized, evidence-based care. Her comprehensive approach addresses both medical and lifestyle factors to support long-term wellness and sustainable results.

Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
