Juliana Cotler is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in dermatology at Middletown Medical. With a strong foundation in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, she provides compassionate care for patients of all ages, from children to adults.

Juliana is deeply passionate about skin health, with a special focus on acne management and skin cancer prevention. As a dedicated skincare expert, she enjoys partnering with patients to create personalized treatment plans and skincare routines that support their unique goals and lifestyles.

he earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Biology from Stony Brook University. Juliana is also certified in botulinum toxin and dermal filler injections through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET).

An active member of the Connecticut Dermatology NP & PA Organization, Juliana stays current with the latest advancements in dermatologic care. Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, she now lives in Fishkill with her husband, daughter, and poodle. Outside of work, Juliana loves traveling with her family, cooking, and hiking—always with diligent SPF protection!
