Kyle Goldstein is a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) with a rich and diverse educational background. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s in special education, and a Master’s in Applied Clinical Nutrition. He has completed both a ten-day silent Vipassana meditation course and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Mysore, India—deepening his commitment to holistic wellness and integrative healing.
Kyle specializes in disordered eating, unhealthy relationships with food, weight management, restorative nutrition, and supporting those navigating chronic illness. His personalized nutrition strategies are designed to meet clients where they are—fostering long-term healing and sustainable change while honoring the truth that we're all on our own journey and that progress looks different for everyone.
As a private chef, Kyle brings a creative and nourishing approach to food, helping individuals reconnect with the joy of eating. He has previous experience working in long-term care facilities, which has further informed his compassionate and practical approach. In addition to his new role at Middletown Medical, Kyle runs his own private practice, The Recovery Nutritionist, where he supports clients in rebuilding their relationship with food and their bodies through compassionate, individualized care.
Outside of work, Kyle is an avid yogi, outdoor enthusiast, and proud father. He embraces the belief that the best way to help yourself is by being of service to others.
