Melanie Lerner PA-C, RD, worked as a Physician Assistant for the past 10 years. She graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Hofstra University in Hempstead NY in 2013. A recipient of the National Health and Service Corps scholarship program who spent the majority of her career working with the underserved in primary care throughout multiple community health centers in Northern California.

Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Melanie Lerner was working as a registered dietitian. She was a diabetes educator in Northern Colorado.

Melanie has a passion for preventative medicine, nutrition and helping patients to optimize their health through both lifestyle modifications and medicine. An Orange County NY native who currently resides in Orange County with her two young children. She enjoys playing soccer, traveling/exploring new places, and finding new hiking locations throughout the surrounding areas.
