BIO
In 2016, while working in intensive care units, Danielle observed how preventable conditions often escalated due to limited healthcare access and education, particularly in rural communities. This insight sparked her mission to bridge gaps in care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Binghamton University in 2021, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a focus on rural healthcare and preventive medicine.
As a lifelong Sullivan County resident and local mother of three, Danielle deeply understands the unique challenges her community faces. Now at Middletown Medical, where she joined in 2023, she blends her clinical experience and knowledge with behavioral science principles to empower patients. By decoding the “why” behind health choices, Danielle designs personalized strategies that inspire lasting change—whether helping families prevent chronic conditions or guiding individuals toward healthier lifestyles.
Danielle’s warm, patient-centered approach makes her a trusted partner in transforming health outcomes for our community. She is excited to provide care for patients 2 years and older in both our Ferndale and Ellenville offices. When she is not caring for patients, you may find her at her favorite coffee shops, watching stand-up comedy, hiking, spending time with her children and family, and smiling. Let’s connect today!
