BIO

Bridget McKeever is a physician assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Prior to joining the Middletown Medical team, Ms. McKeever served patients with Access: Supports for Living in Middletown, N.Y. and Walden Recreational Department in Walden, N.Y.

While pursuing her certification as a physician assistant, Ms. McKeever gained a wealth of healthcare experience through her work with healthcare professionals at Ellenville Regional Hospital in Ellenville, N.Y.; Nephrology Associates of Syracuse in Syracuse, N.Y.; QuikMed in Watertown, N.Y.; Bright Futures Pediatrics in Liverpool. N.Y.; Family Practice Associates, PLLC in Liverpool, N.Y.; Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, N.Y.; St. Joseph’s Health in Syracuse, N.Y.; Upstate Addiction Center in Syracuse, N.Y.; and others.

Her diverse fields of study include emergency medicine, internal medicine, women’s health, urgent care, pediatrics, family medicine, cardiovascular medicine, surgery, and behavioral health.

Ms. McKeever earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, N.Y. and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y.

Ms. McKeever holds certifications in advanced life support (ALS), basic life support, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and “Stop The Bleed.” She has also been trained in infection control and child abuse and neglect/maltreatment identification.

She is a member of the New York State Society for Physician Assistants (NYSSPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Ms. McKeever is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
