Aradhna Pal has been a valued member of Middletown Medical for over a decade. A member of the American Dietetic Association, as well as the American Association of Diabetes Educators, she has had extensive education and training in nutrition, behaviour modification and diabetes management.

Aradhna completed her postgraduate studies and achieved valedictorian status at the University of Delhi in India before moving to New York. She received, with honors, a Master’s of Science in Nutrition Education from Queens College of the City University of NY.

Her vast experience includes many years of serving as Consultant Dietitian for nursing and adult homes, as well as Renal Dietitian for the Middletown Dialysis Center. Aradhna offers individual and group counselling sessions for a wide range of nutritional concerns such as weight loss, diabetes, food allergies, high blood pressure/cholesterol and kidney & liver problems. A dedicated professional, Aradhna has the caring and understanding needed to help empower her patients to take an active role in risk factor modification as well as maintaining healthy lifestyles.
