Nicole Scancarello, PTA is a devoted physical therapy professional serving patients at Middletown Medical Physical Therapy. She began her experience with Middletown Medical in 2020 as a Physical Therapist Assistant Student and joined the team full time after earning her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assisting from SUNY Orange in Middletown, N.Y.

Nicole is also a certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning by the International Sports Science Association and certified in Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Prior to joining Middletown Medical, Nicole served patients within Minisink Valley Central School District in Minisink, N.Y.; The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation in Goshen, N.Y.; and Laura Stevens Physical Therapy in Highland Mills, N.Y.
