Jonathan R. Weiss, MD, FCCP is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. After graduating Dartmouth College, he received his medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. He next completed a three-year residency in Internal Medicine at North Shore University Hospital on Long Island, NY in conjunction with Memorial Sloane Kettering cancer center in Manhattan, with both programs under the auspices of Cornell University. His final training was a three-year fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center after which he settled in Sullivan County, NY, where he has provided medical care for over 30 years. His current focus is outpatient general internal and pulmonary medicine at the Middletown Medical office in the Shoprite Plaza of Monticello NY and nursing home care at Achieve Rehab and Nursing in Liberty, NY.
