Winter walk with dogNo matter your New Year’s resolutions (if you have any), what better way to start the year off right than with regular, brisk 30 minute (minimum) walks?

This is one of the kindest things you can do for your body, according to our own Donna Collins (Physician Assistant), and doing it with family and/or friends (or even your dog) makes it even more enjoyable!

Just be sure to check with your physician before starting any exercise program 🙂
