Graduation season is upon us, and here’s some tips to hosting a healthy party:
1) Incorporate fresh fruit;
2) Choose baking, not frying;
3) Offer small sandwich rolls (or cut larger ones in half);
4) Have low calorie drink options available like water bottles, small cans of soda, and diet soda (also consider flavoring your own water pitchers with lemon or cucumber slices);
5) If you have a cake, cut small slices or squares;
6) Be sure to keep food safety in mind — keep hot foods hot, cold foods cold.
