Happy PeopleLet’s face it, most of us dread Monday. ┬áBut here’s some ways to make it a great day! . . .

1) DO LESS (cut your “to do list” in half and prioritize . . . then make sure you get the first three items done today!);

2) DECLUTTER (even if just a drawer of a shelf, this is proven to have a positive impact on your mood and happiness level . . . devote just 20 minutes to this);

3) GO FOR A WALK (and especially on a beautiful day like this . . . walking always helps to clear your head and bring you back to the present).
