Some easy fixes to cure those Monday blues:
1) Start on Sunday night (take 10 minutes to prepare for Monday, jotting down topline must-do’s, goals, etc.);
2) Start the day with energy (go to the gym, go for a run, meditate . . . anything to create positive energy in beginning your day);
3) Start work with hellos and smiles (taking a few minutes to say hello to co-workers and catching up quickly on the weekend is another positive way to start the day on the right note).
