Woman Drinking WaterThe importance of drinking water can’t be understated.  Our own Dr. Narender Goel (Internal Medicine, Nephrology) offers these tips for encouraging sustained daily drinking:

1) A slice of bright green cucumber is refreshing and different;

2) Teas and herbal drinks add many other benefits to your body;

3) Freeze some fruit juice into ice cubes to add flavor that releases slowly in your water — also try them crushed;

4) Simply change the way you drink water — out of a glass instead of a bottle, for example.  Or drink it at a different temperature.
