Consider arising extra early one morning (after a healthy night sleep) for these reasons, among others:
1) Watch the sunrise;
2) Enjoy the quiet, uninterrupted time;
3) Exercise in the morning air;
4) Meditate, pray or practice mindfulness;
5) Relish the fact that the day has started on your terms . . .
And you might find yourself doing the same thing the next day!
