1) Create small, realistic goals (focus weight loss in 5 pound increments, for example);
2) Find an activity you like (there’s so many options for physical activity you can actually enjoy — Zumba, for example);
3) Find a workout buddy (you’ll feel obligated to help each other, and in turn yourself).
