1) Power walks (at least 30 minutes a day of vigorous cardio workout does wonders);
2) Breathe deeply (5 minutes in the morning, then again at night, decreases stress hormones);
3) Be salt smart (since there’s no way to tell if any one individual is sodium sensitive, it’s best to simply lower your sodium intake . . you get used to it quickly!).
