Here are some health & wellness tips to truly enjoy the week (and without gaining weight!) from Kelli Gassert, a Certified Physician Assistant in our Urgent Care Centers:
1) Don’t skip your workouts (even a daily 20-minute walk does wonders);
2) Don’t go anywhere hungry (pack some nuts, fruit or an energy bar for when you’re out shopping and doing errands);
3) Focus on fun, not food (such as caroling, tree trimming, board games with family, etc.).
