1) Get organized (home, office, car, etc.);
2) Open the windows and air out your home (this can have a calming effect);
3) Make one positive change in your diet (for example, simply drinking more water, for starters);
4) Take some time for YOU (learn to say no to clean your plate of excess baggage).
