As we head into May tomorrow, remember that spring cleaning doesn’t just apply to your home!
Dr. Uri Napchan (Neurology/Headache Medicine) offers some spring cleaning tips for the mind:
1) Cultivate quiet time (necessary to clear your head of clutter, and to help you better visualize how you want to feel);
2) Give up a grudge (releasing a gripe frees up emotional energy to invest in something more productive);
3) Ditch a bad habit (a spring resolution of sorts, and this will help you to feel like a “new you!”).
