4) Have low calorie drink options available like water bottles, small cans of soda, and diet soda (also consider flavoring your own water pitchers with lemon or cucumber slices);

5) If you have a cake, cut small slices or squares;

6) Be sure to keep food safety in mind — keep hot foods hot, cold foods cold.
