Directions:To start, heat olive oil in a large pan and add your onions and garlic. Saute until translucent, stirring frequently to avoid burning.  Next, add your vegetable broth, beans, green chilis, and spices. Stir in your greek yogurt last (to thicken the broth up).  Allow your chili time to simmer (anywhere from 30 minutes — the whole day) and serve.
