1) Take breaks (just a few minutes every 75 miles will make for very happy kids);
2) Pack crumbly food (these aren’t a choking hazard, such as Cheerios) and fruit (keeps kids hydrated, and it’s refreshing);
3) Let them watch TV (this can be a helpful distraction to aid parents in focusing on the road).
