As a naturalized citizen of the United States since 1988, I proudly hail from Romania, where my journey towards a fulfilling career in medicine began. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the esteemed University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 1985 laid the foundation for my pursuit of medical expertise. I furthered my education at New York Medical College, earning my Doctor of Medicine degree in 1988.

My commitment to excellence in healthcare led me to become board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1996, with recertification in 2010 lasting until 2023. The culmination of my residency training in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Internal Medicine at renowned institutions such as Metropolitan Hospital-New York Medical College, Lenox Hill Hospital – Cornell Medical School, and Bronx Lebanon Medical Center - Albert Einstein School of Medicine equipped me with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of medical complexities.

My upbringing in Communist Romania endowed me with a unique perspective on the spectrum of economic, political, and social ideologies. This rich tapestry of experiences cultivated in me a 'socialist' legacy, driving me to prioritize care for the underprivileged and underserved in all communities I have had the honor to serve.

Drawing from my comprehensive training in Internal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology, I possess a profound understanding of primary care, particularly in Women's Health. Over the past thirty years, I have dedicated myself to promoting public health, emphasizing preventive medicine through educational initiatives focused on lifestyle modifications.

As an Obstetrician and Gynecologist, I have relentlessly pursued excellence in surgical interventions, with a special focus on minimally invasive techniques. Recognizing the pivotal role of women in society, I advocate for immediate access to high-quality healthcare, empowering women to fulfill their potential as leaders in their families and communities. My latest endeavor involves developing an urgent healthcare network tailored to meet the immediate needs of women.
